Returns and exchange policy

You have 3 days from the delivery date to exchange your Online purchase. (Please note we are not accepting returns for Size C items because those are prepared based on orders and we are not keeping stock.)
You can exchange your item’s sizes.
An additional Rs. 800/- will be charged for the exchange order (Return & Delivery handling cost), which will take within 14 days after your request for an exchange has been placed.
If a garment has any defects/damages an exchange will be placed FOC and in the case a garment cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new garment of the same value or opt for a refund.

• You can’t make more than one exchange requests at the same time for the same order.
• Online exchanges are not available for undergarments, sale or discounted items.
• You need to have the Way Bill Recipt from the delivery partner which is attached to your original package to facilitate the Return
• Online purchases cannot be exchanged at our physical outlets.

The refund will be made via bank transfer/deposit to your account provided.
You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.
